About ACECL

The American Council of Engineering Companies of Louisiana (ACEC of Louisiana) is the business association of over 130 Louisiana engineering firms providing tools and educational opportunities to become better business owners and managers.

The organization is committed to advancing the private practice of consulting engineering, enhancing markets for private engineering services, educating the public on the importance of infrastructure investment, and promoting sound business practices within the industry and its client base.

Currently, our member firms employ almost 6,000 engineers, architects, land surveyors, scientists, and other specialists. The membership is diverse, ranging in size from a single registered professional engineer to corporations employing thousands.

ACEC of Louisiana is a Member Organization of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC). With roots dating back more than 100 years, ACEC is a federation of 51 state and regional councils representing more than 600,000 employees.
